Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform we use to sell our jewelry.

Every b.Tsaritsa piece is made to order. Product descriptions, photographs, prices, and availability may change. We work to show our jewelry accurately, although colors and details may appear differently on different screens. Because pieces are handcrafted and gemstones have natural variations, minor differences may occur.

We may decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, an order contains a pricing or description error, or we are unable to fulfill it. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the amount paid for that order.

Please provide accurate contact, billing, and shipping information so we can process your order and contact you if needed.

2. Production, Shipping, Exchanges, and Repairs

Our production timelines, U.S.-only shipping, exchange requirements, custom-order terms, and repair information are set out in our Company Policies. Please review them before placing an order.

Made-to-order production estimates are separate from shipping time. If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will contact you about the delay and your options as required by applicable law.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes and any charges for shipping options you select are calculated at checkout. Payment must be completed using an available checkout method before an order can be processed.
